Once you purchase a product or service from us, you would be contacted within 24 hours (if not earlier) with further instructions on how to proceed.

In case you had purchased a product; you would be given the fully registered product in that period. Sometimes, you would need to supply a special code that our product generates on your computer for us to unlock that product for you. In such a case, a couple of emails would get exchanged between you and us.

If it is a service that you have ordered, we will supply you documentation on how to use the service you have ordered and also switch on the service for you here; provided you have an account here. If you do not have an account, then you would need to register yourself here and supply us with your login name before we can activate your service.
