What Copilot can do
Fill and sign forms
Ask Copilot to fill fields from a conversation, pasted text, or existing PDF content. It fills what is clear, asks for missing information, and stops when the user needs to decide.
Add, remove, and detect fields
Turn flat or scanned PDFs into fillable forms. Copilot can suggest fields, place them on the page, and let the user review them before use.
Clean up pages
Rotate, delete, move, and prepare pages before the PDF is downloaded or submitted.
Extract PDF content
Extract text from the PDF layer. Use OCR when pages are scanned or image-based.
Find clauses and answers
Ask questions like "Where is the cancellation clause?" or "Which page mentions late fees?" Copilot points users to the relevant page instead of forcing manual search.
Use company context
Connect Copilot to internal knowledge, RAG, MCP tools, or company systems so employees can complete PDFs with approved instructions and context.
Form Copilot mode
